Refund Policy Statement - ARTBooks

• If you believe that an illegal purchase or other abuse has been made in your name or on your credit card or account, please contact ART (see above), your account/credit company, and the police immediately with the relevant details.

• ART provides very detailed online material including contents, extracts, and supporting information to help ensure that you know "clearly" what it is that you are buying.  If you are still unsure contact ART.  Buy ARTBooks only if you are sure that this product is for you!  There should be little reason to accept returns.

• Under special circumstances refunds might be granted, should the resolution process so warrant.  The following will apply

• No refunds will be possible if the product has not been returned, or proof that the delivery failed.

• Returned items must be undamaged, and in their original sealed condition.
• Returns meeting the requirements will be provided with a refund that is discounted for the delivery, handling, and production costs.
