The
VolumePack
is intended to offer a "line of credit" like facility against which clients
may "draw" ART products and services (and in special cases
ArbMan
services**). The minimum commitment is USD 100k, and which is expected
to be consumed within a year or so.
The discounting is on a "gross
scale-up" basis. For example, a USD 100k commitment would be counted
as USD 130k "line of credit" against "pure" ART products and services
(and in special cases
ArbMan
services**).
Additional products and services
provided over and above the commitment within the commitment period also
enjoy the discounting benefits.
Larger commitments get larger
discounts. For example, a USD 250k commitment receives a 40% scale-up.
The facility may be used against
almost all ART products and services (see exceptions below**),
The facility is expected to be
consumed within a one-year period, or as agreed. The facility usage is
expected to be "scheduled" to prevent conflicts or "spike" demand and
maintain a reasonably uniform "consumption". There is a
monthly/bi-monthly "retainer" deduction as agreed. Unused portions of
the facility are consumed as agreed.

The specifics of the range of
products and services to available to any on particular VolumePack will be
negotiated on a case-by-case basis.
Some products and services may
be exempt due to regulatory or proprietary considerations.
Discounting may not be
applicable to various subcontracted or direct expense items. For
example, a client requiring an in-house seminar will receive discount on
the ART fees, but not on, say, the flight and hotels for ART
staff visiting to make the presentation, printing costs, etc. These
items are consumed at a 1:1 rate from the "line of credit".
