TG2Books:
e-Delivery Terms&Conditions
At the
moment this is a "beta" test programme
for the e-Delivery option. It is in test mode, and is only
available to restricted counterparties as per the e-Del Terms &
Conditions.
e-Delivery is intended for those who wish to
print
their own hardcopies.
There is a
separate (easy) programme for (read-only)
e-Books
here:
TG2 e-Books, and
e-Books Terms&Conditions.
A PDF version of the e-Del "beta" Application/Agreement
is available here:
Beta Agreement E Delivery Only Sep 22 05.pdf
We would like to make available electronic delivery and
electronic copies of our books and certain documents/materials in a manner
that is as easy, convenient, and inexpensive as practical. Some care
is required to preserve propriety and quality. Since this is our first
foray into this process, this “beta” programme is provided to assist both
for your convenience, and for a chance for us to fine-tune the procedures,
and we apologise if this seems too onerous. Please keep in mind that
we are open-minded and reasonable, and we will consider all comments and
requests, just write to
TG2Books@arbitrage-trading.com .
The Spirit of the Agreement - the primary issues are
to:
Electronic Delivery vs. Electronic Copy:
- Electronic delivery
is the distribution of the product electronically, with the intention
that it is used to produce hardcopy(s) as agreed, but not to retain the
electronic medium.
- Electronic Copies
are electronic versions of the materials that generally may not be
printed or distributed, but may be retained as an electronic image.
- This Agreement
deals ONLY with the electronic Delivery component, and DOES NOT permit
electronic copies.
- Electronic copies
will be available once our technical developments complete the mechanism
required for such. Registered Beta participants will be eligible for a
free “electronic copy license” as available.
“Compensation/Incentive”:
as a reflection of our gratitude for your assistance and participation in
this programme, or for extra incurred fees (e.g. delivery), in addition to
the electronic license noted above, ART
will authorise “extra”, “upgrade”, or “future credit” facility as per the
specifics of your particular Agreement.
“Beta”
Electronic Delivery ONLY Terms & Conditions
- This is an
electronic delivery mechanism in PDF format, not an electronic copy to
be retained.
- The “delivery
authorisation” (as opposed to the owner/purchaser) for the electronic
copy, for the current “Beta” phase, must be a medium to large
organization in GB, USA, Canada, or some (not all) European countries,
and certain other destinations (others to be added soon).
- The delivery
authorisation (as opposed to the owner/purchaser) for the electronic
copy, for the moment, must be a signing officer of the company, and the
signing company/agent together with the owner of the delivery each have
the full responsibility for ensuring the terms and conditions
- The electronic
delivery is to be used to make only the number of hardcopies agreed in
the purchase or on record in correspondence in advance of the printing,
and may not be distributed in any manner whatsoever, and the electronic
delivery is accepted in place of physical delivery as appropriate.
- The electronic copy
must be destroyed (not just deleted) once the hardcopy is produced.
- The hardcopy
requires a colour printer and is to be bound with any reasonable quality
“irreversible” binding (professional binding/glue, spiral, Cerlox, etc,
but not loose or “ring binders” etc).
- The content
includes “unique tracking information”. Unauthorised copies will be
charged at 5 (five) times the listed price and other actions may be
taken on breach of conditions or the spirit of this Agreement.
Please download the PDF version of this document, and
if you agree, then please post signed copy to: ART, 1 Yonge St, Suite 1801,
Toronto, Ont, M5E 1W7, Canada
In most cases, we can act as soon as an email scanned
image of signed copy to
TG2Books@arbitrage-trading.com is received.
About the books
The books are written by senior
market professional each with at least 15-years of "in-the-trenches" expertise in trading, selling, structuring, and risk
management. The images on the
TG2 Books Series
page provides a schematic of the Entire
TG2 Series listing.
The books are accompanied by supporting "educational"
software, and there is also a wide range of commercial software, research,
and support materials.
Corporate Editions: ART also produces specialized
one-off books and monographs for customized client applications whether it
be for internal training purposes, to assist with marketing efforts, or with any
other circumstance.
The TG2 Books Series
closely parallels the standard ARTSchool Seminar titles,
and copies of TG2 Books are included with the seminars as appropriate,
or they may purchased separately (see the
